How do RiseWell subscriptions work?
To create a subscription, select “Subscribe & Save” instead of “One Time Purchase” when adding RiseWell to your cart, or build it right from our Subscription page. Subscriptions will renew every month by default. You may pause, cancel, or change the frequency of your subscription at any time by logging into your account here.
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
No, you can select “One Time Purchase” when adding RiseWell to your cart.

How do I add or swap the products in my subscription?
Simply text “START” to (XXX) XXX-XXXX to make any changes. And if you prefer making changes via text (we get it), you can always log in to your RiseWell account via our website instead.
Step 1: Log into your account, and go to "Manage my subscriptions"
Step 2: Pause the current product.
Step 3: Click "Add product"
Step 4: Select your new products, desired quantity, shipping frequency, shipping address and when you'd like the next order to occur. Complete the process by clicking "Add product".

Can I modify the frequency of my subscription?
Of course! Simply text “START” to (XXX) XXX-XXXX to make any changes. You can also login to your account and click “delivery schedule” and then “skip!” or “change delivery schedule.” Easy as 1, 2, 3!
